THE TERAPIXELS APPROACH

Designed around the operation—not a product catalog.

Terapixels designs LPR and analytics around the required capture point, vehicle speed, angle, lighting, lane geometry, watchlist workflow, reporting, privacy, and network architecture.

WHAT WE DELIVER

Complete scope from assessment through support.

  1. Lane geometry and capture assessment
  2. Purpose-built LPR cameras and illumination
  3. Vehicle, pedestrian, queue, occupancy, and object analytics
  4. Watchlists, alerts, search, and reporting workflows
  5. VMS, access control, gate, and parking integrations
  6. Accuracy validation, privacy controls, training, and tuning
RELEVANT TECHNOLOGY PLATFORMS

Products selected for compatibility, performance, and lifecycle.

These are representative platforms Terapixels can evaluate and support. Final selections follow the site assessment and customer requirements.

SECURITY SYSTEM PLANNING GUIDE

LPR starts with the vehicle path and the decision to be made

Plate capture depends on lane geometry, vehicle speed, angle, distance, headlight glare and day and night lighting. An overview camera may show a car yet still fail to capture a usable plate.

Survey the lane

Record approach, expected speed, vehicle types, stopping behavior, mounting position and field of view for every direction of travel.

Define the use case

Separate investigative search, approved vehicle lists, gate decisions and operational counts; assign access, retention and data-handling responsibilities.

Validate in real conditions

Test daytime, dusk and darkness, representative plates, entry and exit movement, event matching and integration with access or parking workflows.

What to request: A project record should identify camera locations, capture targets, lighting assumptions, data retention, access permissions and field acceptance results.

HOW A PROJECT MOVES

Assess

Document conditions, risks, users, workflows, infrastructure, and existing assets.

Design

Define coverage, architecture, products, integrations, responsibilities, and budget.

Deploy

Install, configure, test, commission, document, and train your team.

Support

Monitor health, respond to issues, maintain knowledge, and plan the lifecycle.
